We have stayed all over the country, and this is hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. The hosts went above and beyond providing anything a guest could ever need. The appliances, furniture, pillows, towels, things that hosts typically skimp on, were high quality. 11/10 would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful, rural surroundings while still being just minutes from the heart of downtown Hot Springs. It’s one of the last areas that still feels like the countryside, yet it's close enough to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions the city has to offer. We love the quiet, the open space, and the sense of calm that comes with being just outside the hustle and bustle
