Perfect location. Close to 5th avenue, local restaurants and beach. Any communication was responded to within minutes. Room 303 overlooks pool, it was great!! Bus station next block which is convenient for day trips and Walmart and other grocery stores within 5 minute walk

Lovely well appointed condo with a location that can't be beat.

Loved our stay in Playa del Carmen at this condo. The unit is lovely, spacious and well appointed. The check-in process was easy, and the location was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and spacious apartment! Nicely decorated. Only walking distance to Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue where there are lots of stores and restaurants. Beach with swimming access was a farther walk. Felt safe and at ease thanks to the security personnel. Working washer and dryer. Air conditioners in bedrooms worked well, making it easier to sleep. Living room AC was not cooling as much.

Amazing Place To Stay!

We loved our stay in this condo. We really enjoyed the pool, we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. The apartment is very large, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. It's located in a great location across the street from the ADO and taxis, only a few blocks to 5th Ave. There are so many restaurant and entertainment options within walking distance. Rocco and Stephanie were great to work with. They were very communicative and always tried to make sure we were fine in their apartment. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to all our friends and family..

Amazing Vacation in Beautiful, Convenient Condo

Our family vacation at Rocco’s condo was an amazing experiences. From the time we walked in until we left, we enjoyed all aspects of what the condo had to offer. It was clean, spacious, conveniently located and safe. We used all the amenities offered to us. The pool was super relaxing and private. Our family enjoyed having quick, easy access to the beachfront, shopping area, grocery store and great restaurants all around. The condo is super clean and we felt relaxed the entire time. Highly recommend anyone who wants to have a spacious place that gives you easy access to explore the beautiful fun surroundings.

Best place to stay in Playa! Will definitely book this property again.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this property in Playa del Carmen! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The property was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly.One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the pool. It was so convenient to let our older kids go down and swim while we could comfortably keep an eye on them from above. The building also had friendly security staff who made us feel safe and welcome at all times.The location was excellent—close to local shops, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants. It was also an easy walk to the main strip, including 5th Avenue, nightlife, and more dining options.Overall, this was a really great family vacation spot, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
