Rechille was amazinggg super nice and helpful . The residence was beautiful, clean, spacious, and is exactly like shown in the post. The location was also excellent and safe. Loved that the kitchen was well equipped and that the residence had a balcony. I would definitely book again.

The mini-split in the “main living” area stopped working all the time during our stay. The building superintendent had to reset the breaker the next day when he was available. The owner claimed we were misusing the remote, but the other two-bedroom units worked fine.My adult daughter stayed in the main area, (with no AC every single night) which was advertised as a third bedroom. In reality, it’s just an open space off the living room with a wooden divider and bunk beds—no door, no privacy. The listing calls it a 3-bedroom, but that’s misleading.The condo sits above a cantina. The noise was constant, and my parents were unable to sleep.On top of that, the lights on the bottom floor—including the hallway, main bedroom, and bathroom—went out. When my mother turned on the bathroom light, there was a spark that shocked her and scared her. Thankfully, the AC in the bedrooms stayed on.I messaged the host, and she offered to send someone at 12:30 a.m. on the third night. (I messaged her earlier) That was frustrating because I had been dealing with the AC on the main area every day and suddenly someone was available in the middle of the night.The listing doesn’t mention that it’s a 2 story layout. The stairs only have one light switch at the top, so you must leave the hallway light on all night.Some of the lamps in the bedrooms/bedrooms are rusted. Paint is coming out in the ceiling of the bathroom. Overall, this property was disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

Hello, I hope you and your family are doing well and safe. To be honest, my property has been unoccupied for several months since I relocated to the United States. The property was functioning properly with air conditioning and electricity, but since guests have been staying there, I have encountered some unforeseen issues. The air conditioning technician confirmed that he had inspected and resolved the problem and even waited outside the building for several hours to ensure that it would not recur. The technician inquired with your father about the air conditioning, and his response was that everything was functioning correctly. Additionally, you have accommodated a significant number of guests in the unit when your booking was for only five guests. I did not raise any concerns or request any additional fees, as it is your family and it is a holiday. It is important to note that staying downtown will inevitably result in noise, as it is a bustling area. Furthermore, the holiday season brings a high volume of visitors, making it challenging to control noise levels. Regrettably, circumstances beyond my control arise, particularly during the holiday season. It is difficult to obtain worker support, and I am frustrated that I am unable to resolve the situation effectively. Thank you for your understanding. I wish you and your family a joyful New Year.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo that was perfect for our family of 6. It was quite homey, which we appreciated, we loved the three balconies and the fantastic air conditioning. While the pool is small, and is in need of some upkeep, it cooled us off in between beach trips. Rechille was quick to respond to our needs and gave us some good recommendations. Our teens enjoyed the proximity to everything, cafes and groceries are all within walking distance. The location is vibrant as it is in Centro, so lots of music going all day and late into the evening. The back bedroom is much quieter for those affected by noise. Just around the corner on Calle 38 are some great restaurants in a jungle like atmosphere, beautiful! We like a more natural beach so walked 10 minutes to Coco Beach, and it had fewer people. We had a great stay!
