The walkability to food and coffee was great! The beds were comfy and the host was easy to communicate with. The location compared to activities was a good short drive. Cons: VERY lacking in amenities - no trash bags, no coffee, not enough bath towels for the approved number of guests, no kitchen dish towels so had to use paper towels to dry dishes, etc. One of the external doors was unlocked when we arrived. The lock to the gate was hanging on by a bolt and wasn’t great. The floors were literally coming up in chunks so you had to be careful where you stepped, and one sliding door was disfunctional. There was a tube of used chapstick on the floor and no small bathroom trash bag. The towels were still in the dryer when we arrived so we had to search for them before showers. Overall - it was fine and clean, but not a 5 star for sure.

The home was good for Thanksgiving with family and students from Wash U. There is very little in supplies for cooking . First thing you need to do is go to the grocery.

Great for families. Great location in CWE

Had a great time here. We had a 1 and 3 year old with us and the space was great for them to have a little room and for my wife and I to have space after they were asleep. The place was clean and the communication about check in and out was great. Wonderful location in CWE. Would definitely stay here again.
