San Felipe Rental Studio 3 is a downtown San Felipe Vacation Rental — the 3rd studio in a block of 3, located to your right. Each studio is well maintained by a friendly onsite manager. Clean sheets and towels are provided. The studio features one queen bed and one twin bed (sleeps up to 4), a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, and AC. For larger groups, rent all 3 studios (subject to availability). Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
