When you walk through the front door, you'll be in the main living room, complete with a fireplace, comfortable couch, and impressive flat-screen TV. Large windows allow this room to fill with natural light, making it a bright and welcoming spot for friends and family to relax. The modern dining room sits right off of the living area and creates a casual and comfortable place for guests to sit and enjoy breakfast together before heading off to the beach. This high top table is set up against a large window and offers seating for 4. 

The living room and formal dining area transition seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen. You'll notice a breakfast bar to your right, complete with four high top seats. This is a convenient place to enjoy snacks in the afternoon or prop open your laptop and plan your adventures for the day. The spacious kitchen is complete with custom cabinets, ample counter space, modern appliances, and small kitchen appliances like a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, to make you feel right at home. Located right off the kitchen is bedroom number one. This spacious and immaculate bedroom features floor to ceiling windows that brighten up the room, and a Queen-size bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows. The bright and bold color schemes of this room reflect the sun and the sea, and the modern simplicity of this bedroom makes it perfect for kids or adults.
 
You will find the additional two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the opposite side of the kitchen. The second bedroom has deep red tile floors, a comfortable queen size bed with soft linens and a bright comforter, a private closet with sliding mirror doors, a simple nightstand, and plenty of outlets to keep all of your mobile devices charged.
