The luxurious Villa Sax is on two levels with a lift and offers an ideal geographical area. It is one minute drive from Saint Jean airport, two minutes walk from Saint Jean Beach and Nikki Beach. It is also less than five minutes by car from Gustavia with its port, shops and restaurants. The property is surprisingly quiet. When the doors are closed and the air conditioning is on, the road noise becomes barely audible.

On the upper level of Villa Sax, the modern, air-conditioned living room opens onto the heated infinity pool and ocean views. This second bedroom is connected to the third bedroom and vice versa. It overlooks the Eden Rock in the far corner.
