Was not cleaned well

Overall, the house and location was good. Amenities were good. Main issue was that the house was not very clean when we arrived. My wife had to sweep the whole house. There were dead insects everywhere. Dishwasher was not run so the stench from it was atrocious. Someone had to come by the next day to fix all of the Roku’s in each room. The “screened in room on the top balcony had a huge hole so it was not protected at all so couldn’t use it. Multiple families of insects flying around in there. For the price I paid, I expected (at a minimum) a clean house but it wasn’t even close.

Hello Yong, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the house, location, and amenities. We do want to note that the only issue reported during your stay was a missing TV remote. The TV concerns were addressed the same day, and nothing else was brought to our attention. We always encourage guests to report any concerns as they arise so we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly during the stay. -KEES Vacations
