It has a cozy vintage cottage feel, a little worn around the edges. Location is excellent.Parking would be tight if you have a car.

The house is at least 50 years old Needs updating and new plumbingActually need to be Demolished. Bedding is worn out. Location is a good a block from beach and Capitola Parking is very difficult with very few parking places due to narrow street.

Bigger than it looks in the pictures and close to so many things. The parking wasn’t great but that was expected from the listing detail. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils but it worked. The wall with the neighbor was incredibly thin but the neighbors were fine. Loud neighbors could be a problem. Overall it was a good experience and will be back

A few days in Capitola

Perfect spot to spend a few days near the beach and Santa Cruz. Walking distance to beach, shops, and quick mountain getaways! Charming and cozy, would stay again.

Host was very communicative. The listing was accurate that it’s a quaint little cottage. I appreciated the fan since there’s no A/C. We enjoyed that it was mostly walking distance to the town, necessities, and the beach.

Cute cottage in walkable neighborhood

This place exceeded our expectations. The cottage itself was full of vintage, beachy charm and the location was really convenient. Everything you could want/ need in the village was a short walk away.

Spring break 2025!

We had a great experience!! The short walk to the beach, shops, mini mart, made this a wonderful location. We were able to bring our pups which makes this a perfect family vacation. The property manager was very involved and communicated quickly if we had a question. Definitely recommended!!

Cute and cozy

We had a fabulous stay at this gem in Capitola! Walking distance to downtown, beach, and trails. The cottage was clean and had all amenities you’ll need. The patio was perfect for an afternoon in the sun. We will definitely be back to stay again!
