We loved the pool area. The grandkids had a great time. They also loved watching the horses. The house could use a little bit of an upgrade. Only seating at the table was for 5 and two of those chairs had broken spindles so adults weren’t comfortable seating on them.

A Wonderful stay at the "horse house" as always. Great for all ages. As always, the house is clean, orderly and well-equipped, and Lesley is very responsive to our questions. The indoor pool is a real treat! We highly recommend!!

The pool, game room and basketball court was wonderful entertainment for the grandkids.However, the bedroom carpets were old and dirty. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs. The fireplace was broken. The showers were rusty from the well water.

Everything about this experience was wonderful!!! Our host was fabulous, the house was the perfect place for a family to stay, and the location was very convenient. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It was warm and cozy with so much for us to do. We will definitely be returning.

This was our third time staying here, and once again it exceeded every expectation. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive... I was able to speak with one of the owners personally, and she was just as kind and accommodating as ever. You can truly feel the care they put into making every stay special.The amenities were perfect for our family/friends. The kids had an amazing time, especially getting to visit the horses on the working ranch, such a unique and memorable experience. The indoor pool was warm and comfortable, and being able to swim while looking out at the snow covered landscape through the windows made it feel absolutely magical.Everything was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s the perfect mix of cozy, fun, and relaxing. We made more wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to our next visit.We will absolutely be back again. We had a great time at the house and truly enjoyed staying there with our family. The location and space were perfect for a New Year’s getaway.As a few friendly suggestions for future guests: please be careful on the deck, and around the electrical fans near the house. It may also be helpful to have more paper towels available. The doors around the pool do not lock, so that’s something to be aware of.For entertainment, adding a pool table could be a great touch, and a bigger dining table would make group meals more comfortable. The beds were okay, though a bit uncomfortable .Overall, it was a nice stay, and we appreciate the opportunity to enjoy the home. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Farmhouse Stay!

We LOVE coming to this house yearly! We come with multiple families and there is so much to keep everyone occupied and only 20 mins to Hershey! Between the pool, game room and garage with sporting stuff, we never hear "we're bored"!

This is our second stay at the property . Home is very spacious and was able to accommodate 13 of us . The property is beautiful, loved watching the horses . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The house is fantastic but could use some cosmetic repairs on the decks and pool . Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend to others
