This place was AMAZING! I started to get nervous seeing some photos posted in the days leading up to my stay… but this place was nothing short of amazing. The horses are beautiful, the home is beautiful, it’s an old building that has been added in to and they definitely have very hard water but what place is perfect?? The beds were completely, the views were amazing, we have 10 kids and we have never had such a issue free vacation because there was so much space for them to spread out and so many options of things to do! All kids 2-16 had a blast and parents and grandparents enjoyed the relaxation while the kids were in their glory!

If you have a big family or lots of kids, this place is great. There was always something to do to keep them busy. Seeing the horses was an added bonus and some of the girls working the barn took time to talk to us about the horses. The house could use alittle TLC needing maintenance on a few things but it did not take away from a great time. We will book again.

Suits for allAges. We have a party of 12. However it’s better for younger family with bunkers beds and sofa beds. Some of stuff are can be updated like showers and chairs. But overall it’s a cute place to stay, love to wake up seeing horses right outside. And we never bored of nothing to do.

We love the setting! It was beautiful. The game room was nice to have. And the house is spacious. However, the landscaping is not well kept up. The decks are in terrible shape and are borderline unsafe. As is some of the furniture that is broken down. And one bathtub is very stained with rust and the faucet leaks water. That stuff being said, it was very nice to have them provide supplies like toiletries, towels,linens and other paper products.

A Wonderful stay at the "horse house" as always. Great for all ages. As always, the house is clean, orderly and well-equipped, and Lesley is very responsive to our questions. The indoor pool is a real treat! We highly recommend!!

We loved the pool area. The grandkids had a great time. They also loved watching the horses. The house could use a little bit of an upgrade. Only seating at the table was for 5 and two of those chairs had broken spindles so adults weren’t comfortable seating on them.

Horses were absolutely beautiful, everyone that was working with horses were friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only positive thing I have to say. Property is very dirty! Carpets are full of stains. Couches has so much dirt in them can tell they have not been cleaned in very long time. Lots of broken items, chairs, lights, shower doors, sliding doors. Hard water stains in bathrooms. Leaking toilet. So much stuff in this house made it feel cluttered. Sink backed up, lint trap so full had not been cleaned in very long time. Mold around walls in pool area. So much more!

Everything about this experience was wonderful!!! Our host was fabulous, the house was the perfect place for a family to stay, and the location was very convenient. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It was warm and cozy with so much for us to do. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Farmhouse Stay!

We LOVE coming to this house yearly! We come with multiple families and there is so much to keep everyone occupied and only 20 mins to Hershey! Between the pool, game room and garage with sporting stuff, we never hear "we're bored"!

This was our third time staying here, and once again it exceeded every expectation. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive... I was able to speak with one of the owners personally, and she was just as kind and accommodating as ever. You can truly feel the care they put into making every stay special.The amenities were perfect for our family/friends. The kids had an amazing time, especially getting to visit the horses on the working ranch, such a unique and memorable experience. The indoor pool was warm and comfortable, and being able to swim while looking out at the snow covered landscape through the windows made it feel absolutely magical.Everything was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared.
