    Everything about the place was perfect!! Very spacious and the beach is right out your back door.

    The location is fantastic - right on the beach with a short, private boardwalk from the condo. The views from the primary bedroom and the den area are excellent. It is a great condo for a family stay. Our son/daughter-in-law and their three kids had the top floor with a queen bed and three twin beds, and their own bathroom; and our daughter had a bedroom with a queen bed and her own bathroom; and we had a room with a king bed and our own bathroom (two bedrooms/bathrooms were on the second floor). All were able to have their own private space when needed. There was also a half bath on the bottom floor by the den/kitchen area, which came in handy. Everything was clean and well-stocked. There were a lot of floats underneath the condo and an outside shower right before heading down the boardwalk so very convenient, and lots of board games inside. The downtown Port St Joe area had cute shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed Shoobie's ice cream. Our favorite restaurant in Port St Joe was Hunt's (delicious!) and our favorite in Mexico Beach (not far at all) was Beach Bear Coastal. Crazy name but they actually had organic food and sourdough, and they used beef tallow instead of seed oils!!!

    Wonderful property. Great location. Great neighbors.

    We love the more relaxed atmosphere in this area. There are great places to eat, nearby golf, and of course the white sand beaches. The property was ideal for three families. The kitchen was very nice and adequately equipped. I would recommend this place.

    Perfect getaway stay

    Beautiful house in a stunning location. Being steps from the beach made everything so convenient. We particularly appreciated the beach gear rental credit that came with the booking. That was fantastic! House is lovely and decently appointed. Would definitely recommend and will consider a return trip.
