Luxury penthouse with private pool for temporary rental in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro. French architect Alexandre Thouet redesigned this unique Ipanema-style penthouse in 2011. Its spectacular view of the city, from the Pão de Açúcar to the ocean and its proximity to the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana make it one of our most popular rental properties.

This quiet and spacious penthouse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

It is a bright triplex penthouse with 4 suites, two of which are equipped with showers and sinks, and the other two with full bathrooms. A restroom with toilet supports these two suites without toilet. There is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room with sliding doors opening onto the large balcony to enjoy the view. There is WIFI provision and a sound system throughout the property.

The best feature of this penthouse is probably the private terrace with pool: it offers its residents one of the most extraordinary panoramic views of the city. At nightfall, the view is breathtaking, and the perfect setting for your stay in Rio de Janeiro.

This penthouse allows you to fully appreciate the charm and beauty of the 'Cidade Maravilhosa'. It is ideally located in the noble district of Ipanema, one of the safest areas of the city. Ipanema also has many bars and restaurants of high standing, as well as local shops. The neighborhood also has a beautiful sandy beach. It is an idyllic neighborhood and ideal for a vacation in Rio de Janeiro with family or friends.
