This was a great property. Right on one of the squares and everything was very walkable. It really is a bare bones kitchen situation so don't expect to cook anything. Would have been nice to have a beach blanket or towels provided for a day trip to Tybee Island or for hanging out on the lawn at Forsyth Park. Having a parking space saved a lot of money so that was a bonus but they are not lying when they say the space is tight so rent a small car! Beds were very comfortable. I would stay again.

It sounds like you made the most of the location and got to enjoy plenty of Savannah while you were here! We’re happy the beds were comfortable and that having a dedicated parking space was a nice bonus. We also appreciate your suggestions about the kitchen and having a few extras for trips to Tybee or Forsyth Park. We’d be happy to have you stay with us again!

Excellent property right in the northern historic district. Close to everything we needed - Grayson Stadium, River Street shops and restaurants. Very quiet location. Beautiful 1st floor apartment with so much historic charm but not in an old gross way. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Comfortable beds, adequate living room space for a family of 4, very large kitchen. The only downside was the pool that was offered. I texted the number to get the pool code and did not receive it for over 30 minutes. My family enjoyed time on the beach so we ended up not going to the pool. I don't even know where you would park and the pool is tight off an alleyway and had a lot of bushes and trees close by so that was a downside compared to what the listing shows. It is not convenient to get to.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the historic charm, peaceful location, comfortable beds, and spacious kitchen at this beautiful first floor apartment, especially with everything from Grayson Stadium to River Street so close by. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback about the pool and apologize for the delay in receiving the access code, as well as the concerns about its location and convenience. We would love to welcome you and your family back for another Savannah stay!
