All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home, and no other animals are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for four vehicles or two vehicles with Trailers

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features one exterior security camera. Camera 1 is located on the front doorbell facing the front entryway. The camera is outward-facing and does not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 25 for the reservation duration.
Two cleaning closets are locked in the office, and the room with bunk beds. There is also a locked shed and a small fishing boat on the property that guests cannot access.
