Mid-century rancher located in the beautiful, quiet, and walkable neighborhood, Fire Mountain. Only 1 mile to the beach or restaurants and bars on the famous Coast Highway. Backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area. Enjoy cooking in a large gourmet kitchen and relaxing in the spacious living area.

The private, fully fenced backyard is an entertainer's dream with a hot tub and pool- equipped with fun floaties! There is a Traeger bbq to grill and a large 8 person table under market lights for an outdoor dining experience! The pool area is fully fenced in to make the outdoors child safe, including a self-closing gate. Make a cool glass of lemonade (or cocktail!) with the abundant supply of ponderosa lemons on our tree in the backyard.

The three bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom, another king bedroom, and a comfy pull-out queen couch in the third room. All bedding is premium linen or 100% cotton- no synthetic fabrics and washed with only natural detergent. Both king beds feature organic mattresses with pillow toppers to ensure a good night’s sleep. We provide extra quilts and linens for additional comfort. All bathrooms are stocked with Alba Botanica natural shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There is an adjustable standing desk set up with an extra Apple Mac screen to make working from home easy and comfortable!

No detail is spared with our Nest smart thermostat, Molekule air purifier, and reverse osmosis drinking water system. We ensure the place is professionally cleaned and sanitized.
