Enjoyable stay

This was our 2nd stay here and it’s the perfect fit for 4-6 people. Prime location! The small issue we had was taken care of immediately, which we greatly appreciated. We hope to be back!

Property was great! Checkin was flawless. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture was in great condition and had nice extras such as games, puzzles and books. Description of property was a little inaccurate. Indicated it was much closer to downtown Petoskey/harbor springs than it actually was but location was still great. Also contained pictures of exercise facility associated with the unit but was then told that was only for residents and we were not able to use. Disappointing since it was a selling feature for us. Overall great experience and would recommend this property.

Perfect Location

Wow! What a perfect location for everything our family of 4 was looking to do. Less than a mile away from Petoskey State park, and only a short drive to downtown Petoskey and the Bay Harbor area. Plenty of wonderful golf courses within 10-15 minutes. A lot of great food in the area as well! We look forward to our next stay!

Nice place close to everything

We stayed in October in order to check out all the leaves and hand out in Petoskey. The place was great for that. I can imagine it would be really nice in the summer time. The place has a lot of room in it and everything you need to make it your temporary home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best was the proximity of Toski Sands and the kitchen was well equipped . The worst was the volume of the fountain in the pond in front. We loved the 5:30 pm shut off time when we could enjoy the porch.

Gorgeous Space, Clean and Functional

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was well equipped with kitchen gadgets with thoughtful additions like a wok, measuring cups and spoons, storage containers, and a Ninja blender. The rooms were great, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The laundry room was a great bonus. The pool is very close -- right across the parking area -- and the perfect temperature. We couldn't believe we were the only guests in the pool on a Saturday! The bottle of wine was also a lovely touch. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to return again soon.
