About Patricia M.
Love all nature has to offer. Blessed to be able to view and access the Great Lakes. M119 is my favorite road bike ride. Our cottage holds generations of great memories. Retired environmental manager, college adjunct professor teaching ecology, environmental science, and law. Part-time consultant.
Why Patricia M. chose Good Hart
This property was purchased shortly after Pat cycled the DALMAC, and was introduced to the beauty of M 119 and Emmet County. It has brought many years of enjoyment to her friends and family.
What makes this Cottage unique
This property has fabulous sunset views of Lake Michigan. It has plenty of space indoors and out for large families to gather together and find their own area to enjoy their own time. It is located along the famous M119 Tunnel of Trees. One of the most beautiful drives in the nation. This location is also a great remote home office. The location is in the heart of great numerous preserves for hiking given all the Little Traverse Conservancy properties https://landtrust.org/nature-preserve-map. You can also boat in the Great Lakes or along the inland waterway.
