I would highly recommend staying here. Jonny is an exceptional host. He came out to greet me upon my arrival and quickly responded to all my messages. This is my second time staying for over a week, with my dog in this sparkling clean, modern, well equipped basement suite is within walking distance restaurants, shops and White Rock West Beach. This cozy and comfortable place is great for couples or single travellers. It has everything you need like a full kitchen, soaker tub and laundry. If you are looking for value for your money, try Jonny's!!!

We had a great stay and we were able to walk to the beach every day! The place was bigger and nicer than the photos and the bed was super comfortable!The parking was excellent, the kitchen and bath were well stocked and the laundry facilities were very handy!Thanks for a great stay!

We've stayed a couple of times, and have been totally happy with the suite, and our communication with our host. It's a new home in a very nice neighborhood. Within walking distance to the beach. It's our preferred place to stay, while visiting family in the area. The laundry area is in the bathroom, which is convenient. There is only one parking place. There is parking in the area, if you have visitors. Full size fridge and stove is convenient for preparing meals, Hilarey

The host was very helpful.I reached late due to flight delay and faced difficulty for parking as I was new in that area. The host was so friendly and helpful, he came out late night and helped me to park my vehicle. The location was very neat and clean. All the amenities were there. We did not face any problem. The price was comparatively reasonable. Calm and quiet environment. Good for friends or family. Highly recommended.

This modern, compact, clean, cozy basement suite is great for one person or a couple. It is conveniently located near cafes and restaurants on Marine Drive, the prominade and beach. The unit has a well equipt full size kitchen, a comfy bed, laundry, a soaker tub and easy access to parking. You can hear the tenants above you moviong about. Ear plugs would be useful. I recommend leashing your pet when going to and from the car to the suite. There are many places to walk your dog in close proximity. The host, always responded promptly when messaged through the app. I highly recommend Jonny's place for a solo peaceful, pet-friendly beach getaway!
