As a family we always try to find time and a place to enjoy, since my family is quite large, Casa Grande was a great place to stay, it provided plenty of bedrooms and outside space for everyone to enjoy especially the hot-tub. We will definitely be back.
We loved our stay. We had 15 ranging from 4 to 56, and everyone had something for everyone to do. The traffic was absolutely crazy in town due to the holiday, but we still loved our stay ....we were in the middle of everything but still private.
Our 14 family members ranging in age from 6-83yrs stayed at Casa Grande in Broken Bow for 3 days/nights & had a grand, wonderful, & memorable time together!!! There was plenty of room & beds & everything was clean & functional. Even the A/C worked well. The family had a great time in the spa, at the fire pit makin s’mores, swimming, kayaking, & fishing at Beavers Bend. Overall a grand time for all !!!
The driveway turning into the property was probably the worst part about the cabin. Be careful turning in. House was HUGE and accommodated my family just perfectly! Rooms were spacious and bedding clean. Hot tub was clean but did take all day to get warm so turn it on as soon as you get there! Overall we loved our stay!
We enjoyed this place for our family of 16! There was plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable. We may have used the hot tub more, but the water never got very warm. Some things were in a bit of disrepair, including the driveway to get off the highway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
The cabin was great and clean. The only problem we had was getting off the highway into the driveway. The driveway before the bridge is horrible. It could tear a car up. That needs to be fixed.
The house was perfect for a large group with space to breath. Two bedrooms, a bath, the bunks and gameroom were on one side and the other 2 bedrooms and bath were down a separate hallway. The kitchen, dining and living room were centrally located. The kitchen was stocked with pots, cookie sheets, plates and utensils but noticed there were no oven mitts. Every rental is different. The large property allowed us to enjoy the spring weather and explore the creek and woods. Finding the driveway to enter the premises was difficult the first time, especially at night, but found out that many properties have the same dilemma. I would rent again.
We were a big group with multiple ages (3-63). Property was great. The house had plenty of room! There is another small cabin in eye shot and ear shot on the property but there was good distance between us. Overall there were zero issues with the house! Kitchen has everything we needed. Hot tub was amazing. They provided tons of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Kids got to explore and enjoy the outdoors and all the OK wilderness has to offer… but don’t forget to do tick-checks. We found a few on both kids and adults. Play scape kept the kids occupied for hours. They had a blast with the pool table and street fighter in the game room.
We were within 15 minutes (total drive time) to the lake, waterfalls and amazing hiking at the state park. We loved the local breweries and restaurants.
This will be a repeat trip for sure!!
Our overall stay wasnt bad, we had a family reunion and the property had everything we needed to stay comfortably.
The beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and spacious and the cleanliness was also good. The property is huge and it offers a lot of space to make great memories.
We only had an inconvenience involving one of the toilets. It wasnt flushing properly since the moment we arrived. We contacted maintenance and they did send someone in but they ended up having to call a plumber. The plumber showed up while we were out and they did not fix the issue but they left the sewer system exposed outdoor leaving a horrible smell. It was also a hazardous for us to walk near it since it was unleveled ground. I contacted management to let them know but i did not hear back. We ended up not being to utilize the back deck anymore due to the foul smell, not to mention it was a hassle having only one functioning restroom for such a large group. This was a preexisting issue and i wish they would have resolved it prior to our arrival.

Casa Grande Review
Outside chairs were not clean. I had to clean them with a broom. Soap was not at all sinks. Needed a few more mirrors so one could complete getting ready process outside of bathroom. When putting clothes in bottom drawer in front bedroom, there was mouse poop in it. I killed a roach . Read that hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each guest stay but on it it said it had not been cleaned in 67 days. Lack of privacy in one sleeping area. No light source in living area. Tire swing was broken. Furniture in living room was hard to put recliner back in. There was nowhere to put luggage except on floor except for one bedroom. Had to ask for more paper towels and trash bags. Still ran out of paper towels. Got ready to use grill but there was no propane, just two empty cylinders. We still enjoyed Broken Bow but will not rent here or recommend it to anyone.
The cabin was great. The layout is so fun and easily to get lost in. It was well equipped for all our kitchen needs. Few complains is the lights were missing some places and the doors where hard to close, and to add some of the handles wobbled. Other than that it was a great time. We were actually there during a tornado alert to which one touch down within a few miles. We never lost power throughout it all. Finding the drive can be a little hard but I think that’s normal for most of the properties out there. We had a blast!
