Our family had a fun stay at Sherkston Shores in this charming little cottage with our two small children. Location was fantastic - it is located very close to the pools and ActvityPlex and quarry. The host was extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for having us!

Enjoyable Canada Day weekend

Stayed with my wife and 3 boys. Our daughter and her husband and their kids rented close by and we had a wonderful time. Our rental was clean, had lots of space for our needs, and was located close to the entertainment area. The golf cart was an extra benefit which helped to get us around the resort. Overall good.

Family friendly but required lots of cleaning

The location was good. Walking distance to the arcade, food trucks, convenience store, tennis courts, water park etc.. Beaches were nearby, and clean. However, the cottage was quite dirty. Past guests left food in the oven, chips in between bowls inside the cupboard, floors were sticky, tub drain had hair and slime, small pet hairs were on the mattresses and sofa, BBQ was dirty. Much of our first evening was spent cleaning and disinfecting the place. The owner was in communication with me the whole time and explained the use of new cleaners. Sitha sent someone to clean the BBQ the following day - in order for us to be able to use it. She has also offered a partial refund to the cleaning fee - which I have not received yet, but hope to soon. Despite the lack of cleanliness, our family enjoyed our time at the resort.
