This was the perfect house for our family with three adult children. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and somewhat enjoy their own privacy, while still having great common areas to gather together. The home was comfortable and fairly well equipped. We especially loved how close it was to area attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Leady Cabin! It was so beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. This cabin was in a wonderful location....just a couple miles from downtown Leadville and a short drive to all the amazing mountain trails we were hiking!
The house was very roomy and had a great back deck for hanging out. It was very clean and easy to access.

Liked: Location
Beautifully Decorated
Beds comfy loved the dining room and sectional in living room. Kitchen stocked well had what we needed. Lots of fun touches like games in cabinets and a candle to light for ambience. We had a hiccup with TV remote not working was hard to get a hold of owner response was not timely..but we eventually used our phones as Roku remotes.

Family ski trip
Perfect location for a ski trip to Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain. House was just as advertised, very clean, well equipped, questions were answered quickly, and the hot tub was perfect!
This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this house for our Spring Break ski trip with our large family and some friends that come with us. This house is perfect for us and has everything we need for a fantastic ski vacation. The house is very clean, we cooked in the well stocked kitchen daily and definitely enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. The beds are very comfortable as well. If we have the opportunity to come back to Ski Cooper next year, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great house! Location!
We enjoyed the home. Our kids loved the hot tub. Having the heated garage was great! A few things could have been a bit more buttoned up, but overall a great stay. Close to Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain and Vail.

Fantastic Home for Ski Vacation Family
We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row and feel like it's our home away from home. Very clean, spacious, love the fireplace, hot tub and kitchen. Grocery store nearby with many really good restaurants within a quick driving distance. We have a large family and usually bring some friends of our kids as well and this house fits us very comfortably. We hope to be able to stay in it again next year for our annual Spring Break ski trip for the family. Definitely recommend highly!

Amazing rental !
We went with a couple of friends and kids. Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous, really well furnished, really appreciated the amount and quality of the kitchenware. The outdoors are awesome. There was some accessories available for a baby ... Definitely would love to rent it again.
We took our two girls (7 & 9) skiing for the first time and stayed here with my parents and a couple of family friends. It was clean, spacious, and set up perfectly for drying out all our ski gear each night. We loved coming home each afternoon to watch kids play in the snow while the grown ups soaked in the hot tub. We would come back if we ski Cooper again!
A few of us runners stayed here and it was a great home. There was a ton of space and the backyard was awesome. A quick note that for some people the address took them to a different home. I recommend only using Google maps when mapping your way there.
Be aware it says stairs for entry, but there are also stairs to get to any bedrooms.
Really nice 3rd bathroom with shower on the floor with no bedrooms?
Heater is finicky and warms house at 2 am. So turn it down before going to bed even though the basement is freezing at 10pm.
Lots of extra blankets which was nice.
Lots of towels including ones for the nice hot tub.
Very nice place and good area. Rented based on 2 factors: fireplace and hot tub. Got there and fireplace had no way of being turned on- called host and was informed that they “hid” the remote to the fireplace because they had a gas leak and hadn’t been able to get it fixed. They also gave me the codes for the doors backwards so I tried them several times before deciding to switch them and try that, and that finally worked and got me in. Other than those 2 things, we had a great stay. Just very disappointed in the non functional fireplace.
This was my first time renting a VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I usually stay at hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the house. I had asked the property manager about different amenities prior to my stay and she quickly got back to me and made sure all my requests were addressed. She even made one request for filtered water happen by providing a new portable water filter upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and clean. Instructions for arrival and departure were made very clear and were easy to follow. I had my extended family of 6 adults and 1 child (4 yrs) stay at the house. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel crowded. We had one big meal that was easy to prepare with all the proper pots pans utensils and dishes. The appliances worked properly. I liked the location. It was just outside of town. Located in a wooded area that lent itself to feeling woodsy. Very close to a beautiful lake and hiking area. We didn’t use outside much but the backyard was quite substantial. This first experience left good impressions. I will consider VRBO again.

Not exactly how they describe it
Overall it was good we had fun and it worked because of the locations where we were skiing. Fireplace didn’t work and nobody let us know ahead of time. Basement was freezing it never warmed up, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement. No rug when you walk in from garage and actually no where to wipe feet when you come in from the snow we had to use a beach towel we brought so we could wipe our shoes/snowboots so we wouldn’t constantly be tracking in snow to go downstairs and take your shoes off. It’s the attention to detail that is lacking. I think we had 9 towels for the 10 of us. When the house easily sleeps 12 I feel towels should not be limited. Kitchen could really use some more basic cookware. It had an abundance of plates, cups and bowls but no cookie sheets, no colander, no measuring cups things like that. Neighbors clearly do not care for homeowners and that was expressed to us! One shovel to try and clear the driveway and decks off! Again the attention to detail needs to be better. It was clean and decorated very nice. The sectional is a pain in the butt the three pieces don’t attach to each other so if you are not careful you will fall.

Perfect multi-family winter vacation
I was planning a trip to the mountains with two other families (4 kids, 1 baby, and 5 adults total) and this place was pretty much perfect. The 4 kids loved the bunk bed room and every set of parents had a room to themselves. The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and worked well with the baby.
There was always plenty of room for everyone when we were just hanging out at the house. The kitchen was well equipped enough for cooking multiple breakfasts and big dinners. The hot tub in the snow was also a surprise hit with the older kiddos, and there were enough showers and baths to accommodate everyone afterwards.
The sleeping situation worked out well enough with the caveat that the furnace is right by the 2 basement bedrooms so the heat kicking on was a bit disruptive at night - play some white noise and you'll be good.
