This is a great property in a fantastic location that is walkable to the Gulch and Broadway, The 4 bedrooms with King Beds each with their own bath is very nice. The issue we had is the beds are very very soft and were uncomfortable for many of our guests.

Beautiful house, great setup for a group and had everything we needed! So easy to walk to Gulch shopping and restaurants and easy Uber ride to broadway. Great choice, would definitely come back.

This was an excellent property for 4 couple. All 4 bedrooms had king size beds and a bathroom. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Some times you see pictures of the rental and when you get there it doesn't look the same. Here, what you see is what you get. It is gorgeous! Also great location. If you don't mind a walk, 1.4 mi from Broadway and about .5 mi to The Gulch restaurants & shops. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location! Conveniently located to everything and felt very safe. Very nice property although I would say someone need to take a screw driver to several loose cabinet door handles/ staircase handle and check the second floor shower drain as it backed up terribly. Otherwise fabulous.
