A lovely property. We had a family event and there were 16 of us. There was so much room that we didn't feel crowded at all, we could have our own space when needed and there were areas when we could all sit together for meals etc. The kids loved the spa. Was a great place for a get together

Great location for a family gathering of 18 people. The tennis court, pool and billiard table all got a huge amount of use. We had two nights catered by an excellent chef (Jela of Lemon Soul Chef). Water pressure was a bit suspect at times but to be expected in multilevel home with tank supply in the bush.

The amenities kept all our children busy tennis, basketball,swimming,pool tables tennis ping pong and games.The actual house was grand but a few things need fixing and cleaning, but overall we had a great time as a family of 17.

Great weekend away

This place is amazing! We had a large family holiday and this place fit exactly what we were looking for. Space, activities (tennis court, pool etc) and just an amazing atmosphere made it a memorable time away.

What a place!

We had the best time at this property. The house is absolutely massive and with 13 of us, there was so much room it was great. Beautiful property located so close to Sydney which was a huge bonus for those heading up after work.The tennis court was great and the pool and spa came to good use. Can't recommend it highly enough for larger family gatherings or a girls weekend away.

Fountaindale Paradise

Our stay at this property was very nice. It accommodated all 10 of us with our own spaces as well as great gathering spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and very well stocked with everything you needed. It is well worth a visit.

Fabulous house!

Perfect for work team offsite

Property had all the amenities required to cater to an 8 member work team offsite. Large dining table was perfect for meetings, there was a large screen TV in another area we could connect a laptop to (via self provided HDMI cable) for presentations.There were so many activities available to us in our downtime that created a great team building environment.Whole work team wished we’d booked more nights to stay here

Beautifully maintained property , spacious , very well thought out and equipped kitchen with generous suppliesEverything worked perfectly . Plenty of activities to keep all ages happy . Very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. An ideal holiday house for our multigenerational family. Did not leave property over the 3 night stay. Had a catered dinner by Aroma private chef recommended on house website and can endorse recommendation , outstanding fine dining experience. Incredible property!

Cannot fault the property at all! It looks amazing in the photos but is even better in real life. There is plenty of space for activities, everything was impeccably clean and the location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are super comfortable, we were able to cook for a large group very easily in the kitchen and got to enjoy the pool and spa. I hope I get the chance to stay here again, I have been recommending the property to everyone since leaving. Thanks to the hosts, they were always very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay.

Amazing place for a family gathering.

We stayed here from the 11th to 13 August 2023. From the conversations with the host to the moment we opened the door, it was an amazing experience. The house was well lit, felt spacious, luxurious but also giving off a nice homely feel. All the guests enjoyed the stay and facilities and raved about how nice everything was. We happen to be here when the Australia vs France game was on and gathered in the theater room. What an awesome atmosphere that was to enjoy it with the family! Highly recommended to everyone.
