Very clean property able to accommodate 13 of us very well. Comfy furniture. Pool and spa need a bit of an update. But in general everything was great . Lots for teenagers to do in the house.

The property was exactly as pictured. Nestled in amongst the trees and the night sky was so clear for stargazing. We had everything we needed. Everything tidy and clean. Very comfy beds. Pool, spa and sauna were used and thoroughly enjoyed. We had an amazing and unforgettable stay.

10/10 stay

Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. This is my second time coming to this holiday house, and each time I came it was nicer and nicer. The place was so clean, owners were so kind and helpful, and were very reliable when I had questions. The house was very easy to find, and all the instructions were listed correctly. Pool was amazing, even in raining weather we enjoyed every moment of it. Highly recommend this stay, and I rate it a 10/10

Great stay at Elliot Falls

Great quiet easy to find location midway between Sydney and Newcastle. Great pool and spar facilities with pool side cabana , sleeps 2. House big enough for 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. We did not want for anything. Extra drinks fridge, gym workout and table tennis for adults and kids. Lower soccer field was a little wet due to recent rain but is a great kids area. Awesome perfect stay!

Elliott Falls

We had a gorgeous time. House had everything we needed (including all the kitchen gadgets to make a birthday cake!). It was a shame about the leaches though as it meant we couldn’t use the football field.

Special Birthday Family Getaway

A perfect house for a special weekend....all three generations enjoyed this luxury private retreat only half an hour from home! Despite a completely wet weekend, there was enough room for everyone to be together or apart including a spacious lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, cabana escape, second mezzanine living area, games room and BBQ under cover. The kitchen was brilliant for the private chef we hired on the Saturday night and there was plenty of wood for the open fire to keep the warmth and ambience going. One can only imagine in summer what a treat it would be to laze around the beautiful and spa.Family score: 10/10
