We spent the President weekend in Moro bay, the rental unit was great, very well maintained and equipped, in a perfect location with great hospitality Mostly recommended Thanks
Fantastic place for a group. A nice sized, functional kitchen, expansive common areas, and a king bed for everyone! Walkable to everything, peaceful and quiet.
We had a great time staying at this property. It had all the amenities that a family of 5 needs and it was clean and comfortable. The rental company was always in close contact if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed here with 5 of mu friends for an annual golf tournament. We have rented several house in the area, and this one is by far the best. Walk to downtown, very close to the course. We will definitely be back.
We come to Morro bay every year for a family gathering to remember my dad & this home was absolutely gorgeous and we hope to stay again. Great communication and overall great house.
Super nice house. The 4 bedrooms allowed us and each of our kids + children + significant others, to have their own rooms. Really short walk to the bay and everything you need.
Our group of four couples had a great time reconnecting at the Morro Bay rental. The bedrooms, living area, dining area, and kitchen were all perfectly sized for eight people. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any rental we have ever gone to. While the noise restrictions made us a little nervous, we followed the guidelines and had no issues. Overall a great stay!
This was our 47th annual "Guys" trip - and we all agree this was one of the best. The house was better than expected, the area was simply delightful, and everything was better than we were used to. Kudos to all!!!!!
The house is very nice, well furnished and stocked, and in a wonderful location, as all of the downtown area is accessible on foot. The noise sensitive neighbors are the only drawback - we got yelled at twice for having normal voiced, very brief conversations in the driveway in the middle of the day.
Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2019

Hi Jennifer - thanks for staying with us and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry about the neighbors they are pretty sensitive, we'll try to speak to them about this. Thanks again for your feedback.
My family enjoyed this home very much. Our kids had so much fun. Adults were able to rest and be very comfortable. Walking to shops and breweries and walking back to the house was incredibly perfect. The house is close to others so the house rule of keeping noise level down was understandable. I would stay here again at this lovely lovely home.
