Great condo and location

I made in just in time to check in 1 minute before 5pm. They stayed open and they even called me to make sure I would still be coming. The condos door lock was tricky because you had pull the key out slightly to unlock the door. The condo had a beautiful updated kitchen with very limited and old pots and pans and utencils. The master shower had mold and orange build up. The second bathrooms tub was older and no longer had enamel on the tub The beds were advertised as Queens but they were fulls. They were covered in a plastic sheet which made me sweat at night and the matress i slept on knocked my back out. The other bed was a pull out foldable bed and very uncomfortable. The condo was spacious and you could see the town from the balcony. You could also see the ocean. It was beautiful.

Great experience! This condo is clean and well-appointed. The condo management helps with arrival and departure traffice and provides bins for move-in/out, highly efficient. This condo is close to the elevator (convenient), but we heard no noise at all from the shaft. The furniture is nice-looking, with only a few very small signs of wear. The foam mattresses were comfortable, The bedrooms are large and have lots of storage. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and eating, with an excellent amount and quality of silverware (it matters with kids!). The view from the balcony is fabulous, nice breeze from the ocean. Master bath is a bit small, hall bath is fairly large with storage. Sheet/towel service was convenient, decent quality. Location is great, as it was close to my kids' friends. There was not a lot of noise at night, mostly families, which was nice and peaceful. My only issue was details about parking, as it wasn't as clear to me how to obtain the pass, and my car was almost towed. But Lyndon at the rental office was extremely helpful and responsive, and he gave me the info I needed just in time.
