We used this as our base of operations to visit local attractions including Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. The house was nice, clean and well furnished. We ate all our meals out and Williams has an adequate assortment of restaurants. Do not miss eating at the Pine Country Restaurant. Two block walk to the main drag in town, which is the famed Route 66.

Amazing stay

Basecamp was a great place to stay! We had an amazing trip and the owner was very communicative. He even brought us extra firewood when we ran low! This place was perfect for our extended family and I loved that it was so close to town.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The accommodations were great. Super clean place, walking distance to the town and great hospitality and response from host. We will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. (We stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon which is an easy drive from the location). Highly recommend this home.

Summer Getaway in Williams

The house is great! Plenty of room for everyone. The large patio and fenced in yard are perfect for the whole family. The kids loved playing in the grass. The location is a quick walk to everything. We will absolutely rent again!

Great house in Williams!

We had such a great time at the Base Camp! They had everything we needed. It was close enough to downtown we walked to coffee in the morning and back again for lunch! Gorgeous site, plenty of towels and ammenities. We would absolutely stay again.

Our host Steve was great qith communication, answering any questions I had. The property was beautiful, and I loved that there was a Christmas tree set up! It really made the property special. The rooms were comfortable and a perfect space for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We were able to play family games together and enjoy our mini vacation! The area was safe and very convenient to downtown. Will definitely book again if we ever are back!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Williams. House was great for our family - lots of room, spacious backyard, clean, house stocked with everything you need. Willams is a super cute town and close to national and state parks. Steve was a great host, very communicative with any questions we had. Would recommend and stay again.

The perfect vacation home away from home 🏡

I chose this property because of the size and amenities it offers. So many homes had only one bathroom. Each tamily.had a 6 hour drive and this was the perfect spot to drop our bags and immediately start enjoying the home. The home is very comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The pool table made for great entertainment. The location of this home is the best. Walkable to the adorable town and to the Grand Canyon Railway. The wind was really heavy during our stay, so we didn't partake in the hot tub unfortunately. Next time we will enjoy the hot tub.Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will enjoy it. There is so much space and you definitely are not on top of each other.The host is super responsive and kind! We will be back. Thank you for letting enjoy your home Ann & family
