Ever was very clean and a very cute house. Like others the deer in the morning was pretty cool. This was a great stay easy access to anything in the area.

We had a great time staying here. Views from the home were beautiful. Close to Deadwood and Sturgis with lots to do and explore.

This place is truly amazing. It's charming, well-maintained, exquisitely decorated, very comfortable furniture, large kitchen, and breath-taking view. The owners make you feel at home with local activities and events posted on the refrigerator, and plenty of movies and games. We went to Lead for work but are now trying to plan a vacation just to come back to this wonderful home.

Chill place in a great location. The mine is right out the backdoor, and close to all the fun in Deadwood. Place is a bit old and dirty, but nothing horrible. We loved the rubber axe throwing stuff in the backyard, that was a nice touch

Fourth of July stay

Loved our stay. Loved location. Will definitely stay here next year ( if available ) again!! Does need a smart tv in living room for streaming!! Loved the tame deer Susie that would visit us every morning!!

Amazing time, nice place,

Soft spots in front porch that are dangerous, could use a good cleaning (stove, fridge, inside cabinets). We had a great time. Enjoyed having a place to call home. Loved feeding the doe and watching her twins. Hope to come back next year.

This house is not made Motorcycle friendly, We had Three of us there for Sturges bike rally. The drive way has different size rocks in it all the way to the back. The back yard is small and hilly, Which makes it hard to turn your motorcycle around to head straight out of the driveway. This is a Mining town so it is built on a mountain, I understand that. We go over that issue. The wash cloths and towels are wore out some are sanded, some have holes or tears and thin. We came back on the 4th day and the front door bottom lock would turn but not pull the pin from the door jam to open the front door. we had no key for the back door. Called the Host and spoke with him. Told him we enter the code and the dead lock pulls back unlock top but the bottom handle turns but wont pull the door pin back so we can open the door. He said he has no one to help us and to try and craw though the bedroom window. I explanned that we are in our 60's and should have to find a window to craw though to get in, for someone may get hurt fall or the law being called on us for crawling though a window. we got no help and, I did what he said, take the front screen off and craw through the window. Good thing we left the window up because there is no A/C in this home to turn on in the day time with temp 100

Perfect

We were riding motorcycles around the area for a few day and the accommodations were perfect. There was covered parking for the bikes and room for four of us to sleep comfortably. The road is steep and narrow to the property. I don’t suggest pulling any kind of a trailer into this place. Owner was great to deal with as well.

Great place for the price. Unfortunately parking was a bit tighter than expecting. Do not recommend bringing a dual wheeled pickup. But otherwise amazing.

Road up is a bit steep but SO worth it. View from the house is gorgeous. And it gets even better at night. Minimum light pollution so perfect place to sit next to a fire and look at the stars.

Nice stay

The house is large and very nice, we enjoyed the stay but would suggest the vents be checked as the air conditioner wasn’t working well. The house was very clean and the porch was a nice place to hang out and talk with each other.

Good location

The location was easy access to Deadwood and surrounding areas. The property had everything we needed but was lower quality than we usually enjoy. The tv had 6 stations and most were running 1960’s reruns so we depended on my laptop for news and entertainment which was sub par. The amenities out side were essentially nonexistent.

Great place!

Very spacious and clean. All the bedrooms are big and the livingroom and kitchen are more than expected. The view of Terry Peak is breathtaking. Just up the hill from downtown Lead and close to Deadwood. Gives you a "just like being home vibe".
