Property was convenient and very clean, had everything we needed. It does require going up stairs to get to any of the bedrooms so may not be the best option for older individuals. All 3 bedrooms have their own decent sized bathrooms. Great place if you just need a place a sleep and get ready. It was nice to be able to park car in garage. Additional parking is available on the street for free and was not difficult to find.

We had a group of 5 and this place was perfect! The property was very clean. A very easy uber drive to Broadway and within walking distance of 12 South. It’s located in a quiet area and having a garage for our car was a huge plus! The house was very clean and the host had everything ready for us that we could have possibly needed while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property itself was GREAT!! The surrounding area had some beautiful brand new construction and also very run down homes and a good amount of garbage on the pavement in the alley area.

Great property! Very close to the 12South district. There are a few small maintenance issues (sticky doors) and the garage does not fit a full-size pickup truck. Overall very nice.

This house is well located, just a short Uber ride to Music Row and is very clean. The house had plenty of supplies and was easy to access, and the garage parking was a really nice amenity. We were unable to find the trash outside when we left and didn’t hear back from the host in time for checkout but had no other issues.
