Beautiful

Loved our stay. The overall location was stunning, the house is clean and fully equipped, and very easy to access. Communication was great and we especially loved the jacuzzi for some long overdue R&R. Overall, great place and we look forward to coming back.

Clean and cozy

Perfect place to come back to after a day on the mountain. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and watching a movie before returning to our super comfortable rooms. Everyone enjoyed their stay and will definitely be back.

This cabin exceeded expectations. It looks great in pictures and even better in person. Lots of space and great communication and availability from property manager. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway

The home was very nicely decorated, perfectly cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was good. Neighborhood was quiet and yet close enough to downtown. I would love to stay there again. Only minor downfall is the living room is on the smaller side, but lots of room on the patio

Pearl in Pagosa

Beautiful cabin on beautiful, peaceful property! The hosts provide all the comforts of home. Several outdoor activity equipment provided…paddle board, kayak, hot tub and several yard games. Set in a nice quiet lakeside neighborhood just a few minutes away from downtown Pagosa. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful visit

Had a wonderful time this trip. Hot tub was perfect. House was comfortable with the easy to use fireplace helping to stay cozy. Master bedroom is spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked better than any other vacay rental wevestayed at. Hot showers. Use of the garage was very helpful with the cold weather. Definitely a place to come back to.

We stayed in the Pagosa Springs lakefront home for part of our honeymoon, and it was just what we were looking for. The private hot tub was our favorite feature, closely followed by the lovely lake view. We even tried out the paddle board! We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house. We also loved being so close to downtown Pagosa Springs! Perfect Start to Our Honeymoon

We stayed here for 4 nights to kick off our honeymoon. Nicky was super communicative about the check in process. The house was immaculately clean. Amazing views and access to Lake Pagosa. The canoe and kayak on property weren't the best, we kind of wish we brought our own but hey, they worked and we certainly enjoyed our paddles around the lake. The hot tub was super clean and well maintained. They have games for you to play, kitchen basics (flour, oil). Super close to anything you need to get to in Pagosa. 10/10 would definitely recommend and we can't wait to bring friends and stay again!

Great location

The location is great! Having the lake in the backyard offered hours of fishing, canoeing and SUP boarding! Beds were super comfortable with luxurious sheets. Super close to downtown activities and all shopping.

Lovely updated house in beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay. Home is comfortable with nice bathrooms, beds and furniture. The access to the lake was enjoyed by all. Kids were able to fish while we relaxed and soaked it in. The only improvement I think can think of is adding a bigger fan to the living area. It was warm during the day into the evening. Otherwise it was a perfect, relaxing and easy stay.

Great house on the lake!

It was a great relaxing few days on the lake. House was well appointed, great views, with a cozy feel. Do be aware there is not central AC but with the windows open we had a nice breeze throughout. Would definitely stay here again!
