There were six of us together as we took our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons (3yr and 4 weeks). It was the perfect get-away as we had no agenda. We had plenty of space for our stay, lots of things to do nearby, a half-mile walk to the beach (walking down was great, coming back up was a challenge at times). We loved having the kitchen for the kids. The host was very responsive and helpful to our inquiries. We loved our time and highly recommend staying here.

Would have been 5/5 stars if we had known about pool/hottub restrictions (explained below) Clean, welcoming space, brilliant views from second floor terrace. Pictures accurately describe space. Perfect for two couples. POOL ACCESS CLARIFICATION: - No access to pool directly next to unit shown in the listing photos.- There are three pool/hot tubs on the resort, but the one steps away from unit is restricted. - ‘North bluff pool’ is on the far opposite end of the resort. Not walkable from this ‘south bluff’ building. Enjoyed stunning sunset walks along the bluff each evening. Delightful weekend celebrating my parents 44th wedding anniversary. Would stay again if

Really enjoyed our stay here with the family. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into right away. Traveling with a 21-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter means everyone values different things, and the house worked well for all of us. Good location, smooth check-in, and the host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay.We appreciated the little details that made it feel relaxed and low stress versus overly managed or complicated. Overall, a great fit for a family trip and we’d absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing time and it started off with an easy check-in process and the unit was spotless. Which really helps in allowing us to settle in and relax. We enjoyed watching the sunset from both balconies and even got to see fireworks from capitola on our last night. We’d definitely book again.

My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you!
