This unique, dual level property adjoining but separate from the owner's home comes fully loaded. The full kitchen, with river views, includes a fridge/freezer with ice-maker and dishwasher. The living area has a working fireplace and leads to a beautiful sunroom which is bright and airy. The large master bedroom adjoins a TV room with DVD and leads to an office/spare room and bathroom with full washer and dryer.
