Hey Caroline, Thanks for staying with us during your recent vacation. We appreciate the feedback. This condo was purchased by the new owners less than a year ago and they plan to continually update things. Also, the HOA handles routine pest control for this villa so we have notified them to come back for an extra trip between the regular service. We are glad that you had a nice time and hope to see you again. Thank you!

Beautiful Litchfield Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with eveything you need. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Property needed a little bit of love as the outside steps were getting soft in places, master bathroom light (over the sink) was working sporadically and the upper sliding glass doors to the crows nest did not lock, concerning me about our visiting little grand babies. Short walk to the beach and pool, however the pool was very small and populated. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart, a head of time, if you’re not into walking. Litchfield is always a great place to stay.
