Christmas Stay

We appreciated all the little extras including the Christmas Tree and the snack tray. We do all our own cooking and would have appreciated more dishes and cutlery as well as a microwave cover and pasta fork. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the underground parking!

This place was very nice and definitely immaculate. Everything was of quality from the bed to the linens to the toiletries provided in case you forgot anything. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Saskatoon vacation home

The Bearden is a well-equipped, bright condo with great views of the nearby park. Convenient access to shopping, restaurants, university, hospitals, Soccer Centre and trails to the Forestry Farm. Melissa made sure that everything her guests needed was in the condo-a wonderful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long visit to Saskatoon. Highly recommended home-away-from-home.

Saskatoon is one of the friendliest cities around! We have enjoyed living here the past 15 years, and can't imagine calling anywhere else home.

What makes this property unique

Great location...across the road from the SaskTel Sports/Soccer Center, a few blocks from Centennial and St. Joseph High Schools, with the Holy Family Cathedral and the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo close by. 5 min to the university and 8 min to downtown.
Great views...whether you are cooking in the kitchen, getting ready in the bedroom or sitting on the couch, you will be able to see trees, grass and the beautiful Saskatchewan sky.
Combine these with a carefully cleaned, well-appointed accommodation gives a great vacation, work or play experience.
