The home is very new and well designed for a family stay. Although located in a new area there are amenities nearby and easy access to circle drive so getting around is easy.

The rental is in an area on the southeast side of town with lots of new construction going on, so it was very new. Nice tri-level unit, stocked with everything you need, and there is also a nice new shopping area less than a mile away with a Costco, lots of restaurants, etc. The main circle road is right nearby too, so it was easy to venture in/out. Would recommend!

It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood is unfinished, which some might appreciate to know before staying there. It didn’t really bother us. We appreciated how close it was to Costco and how easy it was to get where we needed to in Saskatoon from its location.
