Beautiful place to stay. Four couples and plenty of room. Favorite spot was 2nd floor balcony to visit and enjoy the weather. There is not a jetted tub in loft suite or a wet bar but not an issue with our group. The extra amenities provided are great. Many Thanks to Richard for allowing us to use his place. It is a very quiet, nice neighborhood!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Every bedroom looks like a spacious hotel suite with large bathrooms, plenty of storage, mini fridges and coffee makers. There were 7 of us traveling to Nashville and we enjoyed having plenty of space in the house to relax for a few days. The location is perfect. We walked to the Farmers Market each morning, and our host did a wonderful job of pointing out the best places to eat nearby. We loved eating at Monells, which is family style! Broadway is just a short Uber ride from to the house, but we enjoyed walking. There is only so much we could see in 3 days, so when we do a return trip, we will definitely stay at this gorgeous house again! Thanks to our host for making it feel like home!

House was in an excellent location and ideal for a vacation with our adult kids. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was so convenient. We would definitely stay at this place again when visiting Nashville.

We enjoy walking so the location was perfect for us. Each couple had their own area for privacy yet enough room to play cards or gather together in the evening. This is our second time at this property.

This house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. Great for traveling in a group because the bedrooms are like suites and offer plenty of space and privacy. The neighborhood is close to the city but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Rick is an excellent host. Great communication that is not overwhelming in any way. I would absolutely recommend this host and house. I would stay here again 100%.

A fantastic place to stay for our group of 6 adults. Great communications as soon as I booked the property, including recommendations for local places to eat and drink. The property was spotless on arrival and we really appreciated the small touches such as filtered water in the fridge and cold soft drink. Every room is spacious and most have in room sink and fridge, allowing a lot of privacy. Rick was a great host, prompt with messages and great communications prior to arrival and during our stay. Would highly recommend.
