It’s was a great place and easily walkable to any where in town. The place was well set up for the 5 of us who stayed there and we had great weather for Sept. so sitting out on the deck was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and everything was clean. The location is quiet and beautiful. We would come again. The host was quick to respond to my few questions and accommodated a slight change of date for us which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and the cozy cottage had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable visit. The only suggestion would be to improve the lighting and update some of the light switches, as they could be brighter and easier to use. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

The location of the house was great. Could have had better lighting in living room area. Downstairs shower needs a shower caddy to put soap, which was not provided, and get shampoo/conditioner off of the floor. Games provided were great. Kitchen well stocked, but no filters for coffee maker. We had a good time visiting Grand Lake!

Great Location- Close To Downtown Grand Lake

This was our second stay at this property. This house has everything you need for your getaway in beautiful Grand Lake. The owners are fantastic and you can walk to downtown Grand Lake as well easily from this house.
