Very family friendly. Real cottage feel, great layout and loved the large log cabin-style living room with good selection of games; screened-in sunroom is a bonus. Outdoor space lovely with nice big BBQ; picnic table too small for our family but we made it work. Huge amount of beachfront, shallow water perfect for small children, and very enjoyable swims in Ottawa River. Lots of water craft and toys for everyone, and comfortable chairs and loungers. Beautiful sunsets on the beach, gatherings around the fire pit, roasted marshmallows, guitar playing, gazing at the stars, hanging out with family. It all made for a perfect family getaway, and we are looking forward to coming back!
