Cozy A frame cottage just minutes to Pembroke for all amenities. This 3 bed 1 bath cottage was recently renovated and provides a crisp clean experience on a sought after section of the Ottawa River. Excellent sandy beachfront with gradual entry great for kids. Easy access to Hazley Bay for calmer waters great for paddle sports. Two paddleboards, kayak, and kids kayak included in rental. New composite deck. BBQ, Internet, A/C, and 30ft dock. Steps away from Algonquin trail for walking, biking, running or ATV. Miles of boating and excellent fishing (walley, bass, pike). Island Brae is a 9 hole golf course just 5 minutes away and other 18 hole courses within 20 minutes. Weekly rental in summer months. Weekend or shorter term rentals available outside summer months. All new windows, doors, and siding were installed fall 2022.

Excellent waterfront with very close proximity to Pembroke. Walking distance to Algonquin Trail for biking, ATV'ing, and running/walking. Island Brae golf club (9 holes) 3km away other 18 hole courses within 20 min drive.
