Waterfront Surprise! Lakeside fun, 5 mins from the beach

Have your morning coffee on the deck and watch the kayaks and boats go by, or grab some privacy by the new resort style pool. You’ll be spoilt for choice of sitting areas in this open, airy, waterfront property. Just 2 kms from Burleigh’s beaches, cafes and shops, 30 mins from theme parks. Always plenty of fun to be had on the Gold Coast.
This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms consisting of 3 queen beds and 1 double, and there’s a fold out single and a portable cot if needed at no extra charge.
There are two large living areas, the main lounge and sitting room is carpeted and quiet - so you can really enjoy a Netflix movie on the 80” television and surround sound system!!
It’s a great dog friendly neighbourhood so we don’t mind if you bring you little pooch with you (just check with us first). The yard is fully enclosed with auto gates and high childproof fencing, so you can relax about security!
If your group feels like eating in there’s a 4 burner bbq, an air fryer, coffee machine and the usual kitchen facilities.
We have a few bikes, golf clubs, canoes, beach toys and lots of other extras available for you, to help make your holiday great.
Minimum 2night stay & the house is available for longer time frames (up to 3 mths) with special rates available. We try to keep our prices reasonable, but that doesn’t impact on the quality!
You won’t be disappointed- it’s OCD clean, all bathroom basics, linen & some pantry items included so you don’t need to bring anything but your favourite stuff with you.
We respect our great neighbours so have a no party/event policy. This property will suit family groups, or those looking for a quiet retreat.
We have been superhosts previously and really know how to present our property for your enjoyment.

5 stars What a beautiful, clean house for our time on the Gold Coast! It was so nice to have quality time together and try things out which the kids have never done before. kayaking was so much fun for all of us which we have never done before. My main dog, Eddie and I went for a paddle together. Can not wait for our next time there.

Lovely cosy family home perfect for the kids and family

We had a fantastic stay here and barely left the house. The large living areas made it perfect for movies and board games when there was rain. The pool, canal and parks made for endless outdoor play and activities.

Amazing experience

You would not want to leave the property! Although we had to spend most of our time outdoor, but you have everything to just relax and chill, grab a glass of wine and enjoy the Spectacular view! Nice and clean with everything you need for your stay within reach. Highly recommended!

Great communication at enquiry through booking process, prompt arrival instructions, easy! Always friendly, kind and responsive. Place was in immaculate condition on arrival with basic household items so we could settle in and didn’t have to rush off to the shops immediately. We really loved this household. It felt like a home and was so accommodating and comfortable.

When they say you don't need to bring anything, you really don't. It feels just like home and was so big and family friendly. The pool was very enjoyable for all ages and the accessories within were amazing. The kayaks were a phenomenal feature and there were even various ranges of life vests. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable and the accessories for our little baby were perfect for him too. Highly recommend and loved it so much. Can't wait for our next holiday because we are hoping to stay here again.

Lovely getaway by the water

This is a great holiday spot. Right on the water with neighbours on only one side, its really quiet, perfect for relaxation. The house is on a busy road, but it is secure and safe with an automatic gate. The pool was great and our son enjoyed kyacking out the back. The kitchen is fully equiped if you want to cook, or there are a lot of options to eat out in Burleigh Heads. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
