AC not working

Reported AC not working with property management. They simply told me to press the down arrow to set a lower temperature. In the end, we had to open the windows at night.

Great mini getaway location

My family of five and I enjoyed a one night stay with this host and had a great time. Our only regret was that the time was much too short, next time we will book more than 2 nights. Centrally located in Blue Mountain made it ideal to access restaurants, groceries, main attractions such as the Scenic Caves and Northwinds Beach.
