Mess from the start

When we got to the house the code didn’t work to get in and we had to keep getting a new one. Also the gate code they gave us only worked once. Luckily we made friends with a resident who told us their gate code so we were able to get back in. The parking is far from the building and when we finally did get in the home wasn’t cleaned at all and didn’t match the description as it was missing 2 beds it claimed it had. Our first night was spent buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the place including all the bedding that had clearly been slept on and not washed. The WiFi passwords didn’t work and the communication wasn’t the best. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend staying here. On top of it they still haven’t refunded the damage deposit and it’s been 2 months since our stay.
