Charming, cozy, and clean family-friendly house. Great location to Carson-Newman and a local coffee shop. There is a train track nearby, and the train woke us up a few times at night, but it wasn't a major issue. I did email the host about possibly getting a late check-out and never got a response. Maybe I should have texted or called instead. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

The house was perfect for the six of us in our party. House is very clean and checked all of our boxes. Neighbor Tom is a great guy and hope you can meet Teddy. Easy walk to the Mad Ox for grear food and beers. The Mossy Cafe is excellent for a bagel and coffee in the morning
