Shawnee Pines Lodging - #3 Sweet Cabin

700 sq foot cabin. Situated for privacy on 40 acres with two other rentals and our personal residence. 1 bedroom with king bed, full bath with step in shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, and spices for your culinary needs. Queen bed in living space for extra sleeping needs. There is a washer and dryer. A fire pit with grill for a campfire or cooking over the open flame. There are mowed walking paths throughout the 40 acres for you to explore. There is also a fishing pond in the front yard.
This is one of three rentals on the property.
We are dog friendly and have a beagle, Waylon, that roams the property. No cats allowed due to owner allergies.
Cabin is located in the middle of nowhere yet close to many attractions no matter what your interests are.

30 minutes from Vienna, IL Tunnel Hill Bike Trail

Beautiful property and cabin

Private secluded property with cabins on it. The property was amazing with a pond that you can see from both the living and bedroom. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views with lots of pine trees and birds to listen too. If your looking for peace and quiet weekend this is the place to go.

Lovely little Cabin

Very clean and organized, lovely space really enjoyed the porch swing and my kiddos loved the jacuzzi tub. Fantastic stay for couple or family with small children. Great location very detached from city life and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating! Come visit beautiful Southern IL!

Thad and I purchased this property in 2006. There was nothing here but brush. Thad cleared and cleaned, dug our pond, and built us a weekend cabin. We spent weekends here for 6 years and decided to move here full time. Thad then built a bunkhouse for extra living space and to rent to hunters. In 2016 w
he built another cabin to rent to weekenders. We knew people would love it as much as we do!
Thad is a 3rd generation builder and I am a home maker, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. We love the outdoors and to travel to quaint places. We enjoy offering that to others here at our home.
Our goal is to offer a clean, comfortable place to stay away from the hustle of busy life! We share the property with our youngest daughter and our 4 legged friends. A 3 year old doberman King and a 3 year old beagle Waylon.
