Beautiful beach condo with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on Okaloosa Island and is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida, if not the world! The gulf can be seen and the waves can be heard from the greatroom, as well as the master bedroom. Newly installed windows and doors add to the beauty of this condo. This spacious condo provides tv viewing in each bedroom, as well as a HDTV the greatroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the intercoastal waterway for your cooking pleasure if you choose. Or you may want to just have a cup of coffee on the patio while watching for dolphins. If you choose to dine out there are many options with our personal recommendations.


Rental Age Requirements: Emerald Isle Club (this unit) will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Immediate eviction and loss of rental money will result. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or subject to immediate eviction. Home with a VIEW!

This condo is nicely furnished and inviting, it’s perfect for a family or getaway for friends! There are plenty of kitchen supplies, just make a grocery run and you’re set! The property is nice with clean facilities, laundry, pool, and deck area. You can’t beat the sand and water here! We loved our stay here!

Good location, good amenities. Enjoyed pool deck with grills for team dinner. Easy beach access. Pool area clean. Nice to have 2 chairs and umbrella provided. Showers could have been a little cleaner. Maybe a few more bath towels. Overall, great stay!

Great place, very clean. Super close to the beach. Only complaints are no beach towels or items (cooler or extra chairs) and the place states a extra fee for excessive sand but doesn’t provide a broom. Did have to go out and buy one.

Why they chose this property

Rudy and I fell in love with the beautiful white sand beach and the gulf waters. Our complex has 70 units, which we enjoy. We have the pleasure of getting to know our fellow owners, as well as meeting guests vacationing here.

What makes this property unique

Because of our location, we have the benefit of peace and quiet. Guests can enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities without the congestion of Destin.
In the condo, we provide a book with all the "things to do" on the island and surrounding areas.
