Excellent value for the price. Host was responsive and very helpful. Condo is in a great location with easy access to downtown waterfront, GasTown, Science World. Easy rides to Granville Island and Stanley Park. Mornings on the balcony were lovely and the view is just as beautiful as described.

The condo was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of some great stuff. There is a large homeless population in a neighborhood you might encounter walking in one direction. We never felt unsafe in that neighborhood, but we live in a major city and are accustomed to it. There are a number of food resources for the homeless in that neighborhood. We passed through it several times on our way to some fabulous restaurants. The unit has amazing views. It's within a block of an urban Costco, which we took advantage of for a few items we needed. If you don't need that quantity of stuff, there are several grocery markets within a couple of blocks. Harinder responded promptly to all inquiries. I would absolutely stay there again if I'm in Vancouver.

The property was clean but needs some refreshing . Howeverthese areas need some TLC (leather sofa needs cleaning, tile floor areas were a bit dirty, threshold between kitchen and living area needs replacing, sponge in the kitchen sink was filthy, bed in second bedroom needs a better mattress and no wash cloths in either bathrooms. View is beautiful but living room was very hot so it was hard to enjoy (no central ac just units in bedrooms). Location is good however we saw a lot of active drug activity around during the day. Did not use parking or laundry facilities.

We visit Vancouver often and have always stayed in hotels but after enjoying the view from this unit and the convenience of the location I’m not sure we’ll do a hotel again. Harinder is a kind, responsive and highly recommended host.

We stayed at this awesome property for 2 nights prior to our cruise through the inside passage. The location is outstanding. Great Neighborhood!

We had a great time at our stay here! The neighborhood is a great base for any stay in Van, and the building amenities were wonderful. Communication with the hosts was top notch, super responsive and extremely helpful. They were very gracious in allowing us to check in early and check out late, which is very appreciated.
