Beautiful property in a gorgeous town. By far the nicest cottage that you'll probably ever stay in. All the amenities including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, wifi, central air and much more!!! Had a great time will definitely be coming back.

The cottage is great, comfy bed, area lovely but by far my experience was ideal because the owners make all efforts to ensure they provide for whatever came up. It was so nice to have them wanting me to just enjoying my time. Fabulous 1st VRBO experience -will bring my husband back here!

Beautiful spot…very clean, easy self check-in, communication with owner was exceptional, loved the beach theme decor, comfy bed & great night sleep, peaceful outdoor area with hammock, birds to watch (even supplied binoculars), great bike trail, and all that you will need home away from home.
We will definitely stay again when we are visiting our friends in the area.
Thx again!

Thank you Karen and it was our pleasure hosting you and your husband. So glad you enjoyed the cottage, property and community as much as we do. Left tge cottage immaculate and are welcome back anytime. Safe travels.
The cottage is wonderful - so spacious and clean! It was only the two of us but you can easily fit 6 people as long as you're okay to share one washroom. We had a lovely 4 days there - the owners are so accommodating and gave us a later checkout as we were celebrating a special occasion. The bed was comfortable and they've got everything you need in the cottage. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely return to this cottage if we ever visit Kingsville again.

It was a great experience at the cottage - the owners were very communicative and helpful, and the cottage itself immediately felt like home.
Great outdoor porch right on the water, and another covered porch and table for outdoor meals . The rooms were cozy and town is only a few minutes away! A small public beach and park was less than a 5 minute walk. We would definitely return!

Thank you so much Nicole! So glad you enjoyed the cottage and the local community in this incredible area we are in. Nicole was great to deal with and left the place immaculate! Hope to host you in the future and welcome you back. Safe travels!
Great spot for our family of 5 to spend an extended stay. Jon & Erica were extremely helpful, available via SMS, and easy to deal with. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is equipped, and well suited for younger families - though one needs to be mindful of the little ones by the water.
The outdoor eating area was great, as was the fire pit, hammock, and living room. We had a lovely time, and truly enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful time . Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything that you need. We spent every evening on the covered porch. Had all our meals there too. We tried the public beach and it was clean and welcoming. We also tried the beach on Blvd 5. We all loved the private beach. Hosts were great and easy to deal with. We will be back. Karen & Ray
A charming property along a canal which was populated by birds and water life providing us with a view of nature we miss in our daily lives. The blue heron greeted us daily as well as other smaller birds.
We also enjoyed the short trek to the beach nearby , the hammock which provided total relaxation. Thanks to Jon and Erica .
The area was perfect, in a quiet little neighbourhood close to a public beach and playground. Just a few minutes (by car) to many amenities including restaurants, wineries, grocery stores etc. The property itself was incredible. There were 2 adults that stayed in this cottage during our visit but it could easily sleep 6 comfortably. The cottage was super clean but our favourite part was out in the backyard. A beautiful deck overlooking a small canal for morning coffees and late night campfires. A portion of the deck was covered so you can still be out there even on rainy days. The cottage hosts were very easy to talk to. We were first time VRBO users so we had a few questions that they answered clearly and very timely. I recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for a cottage getaway.

Thank you so much Philip, and we are so glad you enjoyed the cottage and our surrounding community. It truly is a special place. You were truly a great guest and so glad we were able to answer your questions and make your stay that much more enjoyable. Safe travels and we look forward to hosting you again.
Jon and Erica were great hosts, and their cozy little cottage was full of pleasant surprises!
1: the cottage sits on a canal, but really, it’s more like a serene marshland full of amazing wildlife, like heron, kingfisher, swallows, orioles and red-winged blackbirds; turtles, frogs and toads.
2: You can spend all day quietly enjoying the sounds of birds on the dock. Although the cottages are close together, the neighbourhood was very quiet. Very few boats travelled up the canal, and all of them were at coasting speed. The covered porch area was a great place for meals, even on the one rainy day!
3: we knew the beach was a short walk away, (and assumed the distance might be exaggerated). But it TRULY is a short walk away. This little pocket of homes and cottages has several small, private beach spaces on Lake Erie, essentially across the road from the cottage (and the road is private, so it’s quiet and has very few cars). The public beach is roughly 3 minutes walk and wasn’t busy our whole trip. There’s also a conservation area and beach just 15 minutes away.
4: there’s a tasty bakery nearby (about 10 minutes away).
5: the wifi was excellent, even at the dock! Two of our members took part in remote meetings with out any issues.
6: the space is better than the photos show!
