From the owner: "Marcia, thank you for the suggestion of adding additional outdoor seating - we bought more chairs right away. These will be available for future renters and of course yourself (hopefully on your next stay)! The house does sleep 16 as listed because of the queen size sofa bed in the living room. Maybe this was unnoticed, but it is available if a guest needs it, and the linens to the sofa bed are in the half-bath next to the laundry room. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again!"

From the owner: "Hi Michael, thank you for the 5-star review and I'm so glad you and your guests were able to enjoy our home. For future stays, we appreciate big gatherings, but have stated clearly in our house rules that no parties are allowed that exceed the home capacity of 16 guests. If you do stay again, please make sure this is considered. I was told by the neighbors that although your festivities were lovely and pleasant to the neighborhood, there was a significantly large gathering at the house. Unfortunately we were charged extra for cleaning as well. That being said, I'm so happy the bridal party was able to be together and congratulations to the happy couple."

From the owner: "Hi Marlene, thank you for your review. Regarding your comments, we corresponded during your stay about the propane being empty and apologized for the inconvenience. We took accountability for it not being ready for you and reimbursed you for the propane tank and gas to get a new tank during your stay. Also, the grill was dusty on the outside, but as grilling goes, once your burn the grill and scrape them off, they're good as new! We will make sure housekeeping has the grill wiped down for the next guest. Thank you for your suggestion. As for the toilet paper, it is stated in the house rules and contract that we provide you enough to get started, but due to personal guest preferences and usage amount, it is impossible for us to have all the toilet paper you need at The CB Lodge. We hope you come again and we will be ready to exceed your numerous expectations!"

We sincerely apologize for the arrival experience regarding the laundry, dishes, and washing machine, and we have addressed these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature control; because heat rises, it can be tricky to manage, but we are providing space heaters for the lower level to ensure a comfortable stay for all future guests.
