Ideal for families, groups, and pet-loving travellers, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 11 and features panoramic ocean views, direct beach access, ducted air conditioning throughout and plenty of entertainment options-perfect for an unforgettable coastal retreat.

Relax and soak it all in
Unwind on our comfy deck chairs with breathtaking views of the pristine shoreline, just steps from the sand-perfect for lazy mornings or sunset cocktails. Meanwhile, the kids can spend hours having fun right on the beach!

Spacious, open-plan living-
Downstairs, you`ll find a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a handy powder room-everything you need for a seamless, stress-free stay. Living area flows straight out to level secure grassed backyard with alfresco dining area and bbq.

Kid and teen zone-
Looking for some adult chill-time? The converted garage is now a games room and teenagers` hideout, equipped with a 65` TV, PlayStation 4, Wii, foosball, and table tennis for endless entertainment.

Adventure on the water-
On sunny days, surf, snorkel swim or just explore the serene bay waters and rockpools. 10 minute walk to the entrance ocean baths. After a day on the beach kick back in the lounge with a movie on the giant 75` TV.

Sam was amazing - i used this venue for my proposal and she made sure I was well looked after during the whole process. Even went as far as letting me deliver props to her home in which she dropped off to the property The day of the proposal to be set up. I’m not the type to leave reviews so this one really stands out ! Thank you so much Sam for being the best host.

Great beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only reservation is it being right next to a beach car park / thoroughfare/ council toilets, which can be noisy at night time and feel a little bit too close during the day. Otherwise great for a large group. Very clean and comes with everything you need. The table tennis was a bonus.

Great spot

Great spot for a weekend away for beach lovers. Close to Sydney. Great well equipped house. Kids loved the table tennis and football tables. The ability to key lock the front door from the inside as well as locking back, front and side gates and fully enclosed garden made it very autism friendly for our son.

Blue Bay Stay

Great service from the managing agent when we accidently locked ourselves out. The location of the property provided direct access to the beach however it is located adjacent to a car park where the locals gather every morning and evening for drinks and cigarette - noisy with smoke drifting through any open windows.

Joannes at Blue Bay

Sublime location. Check in and out was seamless and all enquiries promptly answered. Property was very comfortable and amenities provided such as games WiFi netflix etc were added bonuses. This was our second stay here and we will be back
