Tyrone Treasure was exactly as portrayed online & interactions with the owner before our stay were always prompt. Easy check-in instructions too. The house was clean & cosy, and the perfect location for our getaway. A delayed check out time on Monday was greatly appreciated. 5 stars all round. Thanks so much Sid.

Escape and relax

A perfect home for a girls retreat to relax, recharge and refresh. There was no stress, great communication and the house was clean with beautiful, modern beachy decor. It was close to the Hot Springs, beach and cafe. I’d recommend and stay again for sure.

Perfect place for an overnight stay

The property itself was great but the check in process was problematic. We could not open the door with the instructions given - 6 reasonably intelligent technologically competent adults could not get the door to open. The 1800 number to call didn’t answer - so very frustrating!!

Dear Rosemary, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the check-in experience, this is the first time we've had this feedback. The instructions would have stated that you ring my mobile number if there were any issues and I'm unsure of the 1800 number that you have referenced. Nonetheless, I really hope that you enjoyed your stay down at the Peninsula! Hope to see you again soon, Sid
